We provide transportation to those who are officially checked in and physically at the house the day before surgery. Most guests find their own transportation to the surgery center if not officially checked in. Pick up is provided after surgery is complete.

Realistically you will not be ready to adequately take care of yourself before 24-48 hours before. On average for any procedure, guests stay anywhere from 4-7 nights.

We provide post op transportation to the 1st post op visit, surgery day pick up, and prescriptions. We provide post op transportation to the 1st post op visit due to majority of ChicagoLand surgeons seeing patients at 1 week.
Additional rides may be purchased depending on current transportation schedule of the day. Please inquire about additional rides upon check-in. Please be advised additional transportation is not guaranteed.

Yes! We have a "book now, pay later" policy. There is a $350 (non-refundable) reservation fee when booking. You have up until 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival to pay in full.
Any guests needing to cancel must do so in writing via email or text 14 days prior to arrival to receive full refund (with exception of non-refundable deposit). Cancellation fee may apply.
If you need to reschedule guest must do so in writing via email or text one week (7 days) prior to arrival date.
If you have an emergency, question, medical issue, or complication please contact your surgeon or call 911. Unfortunately, ShapesRH can not and will not evaluate these situations after checkout. We strongly advise a higher level of care if needed.
